What is he 3betting with in this spot?
If its always strong then I should call, if I think sometimes he's bluffing then shove?
do you play differently preflop?

If this wasn't a blind war, i think villain's range would almost always be sets so I guess I would just take the odds and call, but since this is a blind war and villain can have worse draws and 1 pair type hands (his line still screams set though), you have some if not a lot of fold equity so I think shoving is best here.

I shovaments vs that retardly sized raise and expect to get a fold enough to be profitable. With no read, I'm not putting myself in an ultra shitty position on the turn if I have any FE at all.

If I'm raising this flop it's always with the intention of jamming over a 3bet. If I was going to be confused when 3bet I'd just flat in the first place.

As it stands, we dominate a lot of his hands he might be quite happy with here (89cc, 9Tcc, 56cc, KQcc), and are rarely in too bad shape.

You can really go either way here, especially in position. I doubt he's folding anything he has even when the flush hits (besides air). If you just have a real strong feeling from this guy that he isnt bluffing just flat.

he doesnt just have JJ, 77 and 44, that would be insanely tight range.

But anyway, if you call the flop its because you dont think he's bluffing ever so you definitely do not call a turn shove
