ok, you gave a range. I don't think it's very accurate, but you should run stove over it and see if the call is good. if you don't have poker stove then google it and download it pronto.
On the river and he has you beat about always, very occasionally you are splitting, you about never win the pot. Run various combinations of hands for villains through poker stove and see how your call looks from an EV perspective

i think your 3b here is correct, but not because it's "standard." there are plenty of opponents that i don't 3b in this spot, so your decision should come down to a lot more than just "I HAZ AK, I CAN HAz TREE BET." consider why 3b'ing is best and which opponents you should do it against and which you shouldn't and which positions you prefer villain to be and so forth. also, your sizing is too small. i'd usually make it .22-.24, which usually isn't a huge deal in position,but it is here because we're 150bb's deep
as for flop, actually consider what hands he can have and you might laugh at yourself for just mashing the bet button without thinking this through. there are literally ZERO hands that beat us that c/f here unless you expect him to have 77 any considerable amount of the time. there are certain opponents we can cbet here for value, but the fact that there's a queen on the board puts a damper on that.
i know that these are the last things you had questions about, but i think pointing out the fact that you're skipping over parts of the hand because they seem "standard" is likely a leak.
