I meant I'd rather open weak hands like this against someone who folds most of the time.
Isn't he going have to fold most of his air and small pairs to my cbet, need him to fold ~ 40% of the time which I think is reasonable.

Oh I see what you mean, he folds all the random stuff that we beat and calls with hands that are ahead ( Ax, decent Tx). So the bet doesn't get value nor bluff him off better hands.
Best to fold preflop and c/f the river I guess.
