I have a bluff catcher 600NL
Villain is the loosest good reg there is. He will be betting the flop and turn with most of his range, but I think he has a very good sense of when to give up. He views me as tight/solid I guess. 3betting pre and getting this is in is +EV fwiw. He has $352 left after the bet.

Are you thinking about shoving? I definitely do not like shoving, it just doesn't make a lot of sense since you won't be calling this open with SCs and so many players yet to act (I presume...?) I think I would call this if he's that loose given the number of missed draws etc. It's probably really close between calling and folding and I'd just go based on dynamic and how nitty he views you as..
