I've been running a bit bad vs. this particular player, always showing up some dominated hand in a pot. I thought about bluffing the turn, but then the river changed things...
Villain leans more towards the passive side IIRC.

This is obviously an old hand, but I've been getting into HU sngs lately so I'll comment.
I probably gaybet the river. 150-200 will get a fair number of calls and might induce him to jam with a lot of trash since its a scaryish river and ur bet kind of looks like 4x or a straight and not much else except a bluff.

Villain is never folding Ax, 2x, probably calls 4x a decent amount, so I don't mind a bet that is on the bigger side of hp.
You describe him as passive so I think there are some 2x, Ax in his range, yes?
