KK OOP facing Flop 3bet

Villain is 18/12, 15%3bet over 135 hands. My image is solid, I've been fairly tight except that on a couple other tables he's sitting to my immediate left and I've stolen his BB over half a dozen times without contest, except once, where he defended but folded to my dbl barrel.

- What kind of range should I be putting him on here?
- What options should I consider?

I'm sure someone who actually plays those stakes will come along shortly but until they do i will say that at my lower stakes this is usually a set+ or a str8 draw. Although you will sometimes see a maniac that thinks top pair on that board is the nuts. It would help if we knew how often button cold calls pf raises.

I'll have a go - might get it wrong completely so beware...

4% cold call pfr seems to me like he set-mines, maybe just with the medium to better pockets. I wouldn't put many more hands in a cold call range of 4%. Therefor, given the board and the line I think you're either beat by a set, or well ahead of someone protecting with 77-99, maybe TT.

I fold this, but that might be wrong depending on villain...

Sample is small, but his high 3bet takes away a lot of possible weak overpairs and you´re repping so strong that he prob stays in line most of the time.

That being said it´s closer than I thought vs {33,44,55,66,65s,54s,65o,54o,TT,99} counting half the combos of 65o,54o and two combos of TT, 99 each it´s a flip. I call and re-eval turn

I don't think villain is reraising with 99-TT (though, OP, you would probaly know best). That being said, I gave villain a range of {66-33,75s,65s,54s} and we have 31.7% equity. By adding all 12 combos of two overpairs (let's say TT-99) we are even. Take that for what it's worth, but I really don't think he's reraising these overpairs much. I fold.

P.S. Not to nitpick, but this isn't a flop 3bet.

Here's what I've gotten out of this:

I have good equity, however, things to consider:
- I'm UTG cbetting into the field (i.e. strong range)
- Villain is likely a bit frustrated with me
- He should not expect me to fold an overpair
- His bet size indicates he's willing to stack off, imo

Therefore I almost always fold.

Yes, if you come over the top it'd be a 3 bet.

I'd usually flat this and re-eval turn. How aggro is he postflop? If he's been raising a lot (like with draws or tpgk etc), I think I'd click it back and get it in.

This hadn't been the case from what I'd observed.

The raise size looks so big, it seems odd for him to want raise this big on such a dry flop with a set. I think that this is going to be a pair + gutshot type hand a lot and possibly 2 pair. I probably get it in, but I'd like to know how often he raises flop cbets and how aggressive is he on the flop in general.

Seriously, you guys need to stop focusing on stats and start focusing on reads and gameplay...

btw, 3 bet is exactly what it sounds like:

1bet
2bet (raise)
3bet (reraise)

The reason you're confused is because pre-flop the blinds are considered a bet, so:

1bet (blinds)
2bet (raise)
3bet (reraise)

i would give credit for a big hand nearly always here (unless guys a nut)
