Well you flatted pre and got the agro btn to squeeze, make it $88 when it comes back round to you. As played I'd play it the same.

If villain is good at hand reading, I think I would call this. An aggro player with these stats probably has a very wide IP squeezing range, especially with these stacks.

He expects you to never have AA. He probably expects you to have raised AQ and QQ on the flop, given stacks, and so never have those hands given flop and turn. He probably expects you to raise turn pretty often with flush.

He sized the hand such that he would have a sizeable river shove, on a board where your hand is at best AJ as played, from his perspective.

Yeah theres several hands you peel the turn with that now unimproved can't stand a river shove, i.e. kq/aj/ak with a big spade. Villain has sized his bets very well to leave enough to shove the river. I doubt he balances his bet sizes with bluffs and hands that want to charge your likely pair and big spade combos, i.e. he'd likely bet the turn harder with hands that beat ak on the turn. Possible I'm over thinking this but I never enjoy folding when I'm at the top of my perceived range, plus the guys very agro, in real time I wouldn't fold this.

Hmmm okay well what everyone says makes perfect sense. My thoughts were I doubt he thinks I'm folding after calling the turn and so I thought his range would be beating me. If I were to back 4 bet I think that 88 is entirely way too little I think like 120 would be much more appropriate. Although since I am coming from a full ring background I am a little weary of getting this in 200 deep. I find it difficult to believe that he would 5b bluff jam 200 deep with a worse hand. I suppose that you just make so much money the times he folds and if he shoves you probably have equity to call even vs like AKs, QQ+.

It's kind of irrelevent that ak is slightly behind his 5 bet shoving range because the vast majority of the time he's going to fold to your 4 bet, his 3 betting range in this spot should be fairly wide. In regards to the sizing, I don't think it makes much difference due to the frequency he'll be folding, plus it leaves more room for him to spaz, though I do get where you're coming from, having him flat the 4 bet and the flop coming q97 would be most uncool.

your flat in the CO is definitely good and better than any other option

once it folds to you just make it 116 and call it off, hes wide enough that this is going to show a large profit. that being said, 15.4% 3bet is so ridiculously high that you probably have a small sample size which means that if hes thinking he is probably 3betting a tighter range than normal.

if this is the case then you should 3bet pre and plan on 5betting if he 4bets, for more or less the same reasons as above except that your primary goal now is to play a big pot in position against the opener.

So what is the worst hand you would call with? I honestly dont really see much of a difference between AK here and KsQx.

Because I believe they perform same vs the range he is repping, which I see to be the nuts and air. I am curious as to why you believe there is a difference and what the worst hand you would call with here is.
