Question about HEM Graph
I noticed that on my graph my non-showdown winnings is where the majority of my winnings come from and my showdown winnings are where the bulk of my losses come from. Can this be attributed to being bad at reading hand ranges? If so what steps can I take to fix this and get a better showdown winning %?

Hmm, its usually the opposite. It probably means you're being really aggressive and bluffing a lot. Getting lots of folds but when you get called you're beaten. Part of an aggressive game is learning when to pull back.

Seems to me like you're just a maniac. Kinda what bjsaust said

What stakes are you playing. If it's 25Nl and under this is probably really really bad because there are plenty fish and stations and not very many people who know how to fold. Also, how many hands sample is this over? Could still be variance if it's not many hands.

it means you're a fish and you call people down with crap
