Ignore feature

I know its been asked many times, but are we ever going to have an ignore user feature? Would be a great addition to the forum.

I think forum survivor kinda like we do IRC survivor would be nice too.

Well the point is that iopq is a frequent target in IRC survivor, and would likely be the first to go in forum survivor.
