Raise more preflop. 4xBB + 1BB per limper. There were 2 limpers/posters here.

4bet bigger and shove when u get 4/5 bet and u have AKs. Stop raising so little after ur reraised.

When did FTR ever tell you to raise the minimum against an opponent 3-betting?

The No in No Limit means you dont need to minraise.
