Over Calling Ranges
Ex. UTG LAG 22/20 open UTG 3x and nitty MP 27/7 flats can we call with suited connectors, suited aces etc getting 2.5 to 1 on the BTN. I would guess u need a tight calling range here, but what if loose CO 35/2 also calls and then increases the pot odds to 3.5 to 1.
In the blinds u gonna get better odds but be OOP for the hand so this needs to factored in.
If you not on BTN u could potentially not be in position on all players.
Also the fear of getting a big raise in after u overcall.
So what situations warrant overcalling suited Aces and suited connectors ?

you WANT villain to have aces in this case. your pot odds don't mean crap PF, it's all about implied odds and with SC's against AA you have essentially the best implied odds there are in the game of hold em. i wouldn't call with suited aces here, though as those really only play well against villain's range if we hit our flush (whereas SC's can get straights or two pairs, etc). you can 3b with Axs if it's a profitable play against that villain, but otherwise i'm folding.
so the bigger the effective stack size, the STRONGER villain's range is, the more players in the pot, the better our position, etc. the more likely i'd be to call.

Generally speaking, you can call with a wider range on the button because you will last act and can better get more money in when you're ahead, get out when you're behind, and steal when no one hits. You should generally not be calling with these types of hands in early position, even if you think your odds look good. Your positional disadvantage by and large won't be enough to overcome it. Another point to consider is that you can widen your range even more if the effective stacks are deeper because hands like suited aces and connectors are good candidates to hit the nuts and your deep stack villain may hit the 2nd nuts. But, keep in mind, you generally don't want to put in a ton of money pre-flop for the opportunity because most of the time, no one hits.
For your specific situation, I don't think anyone can give you a one-sized fits all approach. You need to consider all the variables I mentioned above with your reads and proceed forward the best you can. Your ability to steal combined with the aggression you think you'll face after the flop are two important considerations.
