he is probably going to call you down if he hit any part of that flop. I would just check the turn behind him and hope to catch a 10 or king.

how many times is a player this loose going to fold to a ~1/2 pot size bet on the flop after 3betting pre? agree that once he calls the flop he is never folding turn.

It's a pretty good turn card to 2 barrel, and likely bet river also. However, not against this opponent.

Against this type of fish, just play for straight value. Expand your value betting range, so you can start value betting thinner. Hands that would have marginal value against other players become relatively strong against these players. Expand your calling range against these players as well. However, there is no reason to widen your bluffing range against villains that don't fold.

this depends more heavily on postflop stats then preflop ones. of course 92/30 PF stats almost always means that they're calling over 50% of cbets, but there are the "ATC 'cause but fold if i don't hit TP or better" players who are pretty bluffable. either way though, i'm unlikely to double barrel EITHER of these players because the first type (the preflop AND postflop calling stations) should never ever be bluffed like Stacks was saying and the second type (the preflop station who only calls cbets with hands they like) like their hand so it's not profitable to bluff

Nice raise pre. Just what everyone said, check behind FLOP, he is calling anyways. Now, if you had checked behind flop, and he checks turn to you, now you have a much better opportunity to take the pot with a delayed cbet repping that ace, and if he calls that bet you can still be ahead against this clown or even catch a K or T. Do you see why this line is better?

don't cbet jesus ppl cbet way too much and your size was bad to boot

just saw he min3bet, he's never c/f'ing when he checks, so just check behind.

yeah, technically this wouldn't even be a cbet. even stations are usually willing to give up there hand if it goes unimproved by the turn though, especially with an ace on the board

when he c/c's the flop his range is Ax

Yip this is definitely a bet/FAIL for me :D

These kind of players are a waste of time to double barrel. This guy is never folding even with a pair of threes. I'd check away unless you had a moderate or better hand.
