NL25 set vs super passive tight player?

Villian is running 16/2/1.6, %0 3bet, %100 fold to 3bet, %67 fold to flop cbet. Running over 1.2k hands

My question is with 16/2 this easily looks like set mining multi tabler here but considering how passive and nitty is this an ok turn card to crank all in with? Ideally against another player who actually has agg up around 3 and a higher pfr% and and actuall 3bet % I could see him having a set of 6's here. This player never 3 bets? Should I slow down here or fistpump and switch over to another table?

OP, I play it the same, although youre cbet sizing could use some meat on it's bones...sets are pretty fuckin hard to hit and I usually dont fold them on such uncoordinated boards with 100bb effective....cooler schmooler

I'd probably bet more on flop since a spade will shut down our action. And I don't think I ever fold sets for 100bb unless there's a 4 flush or 4 straight on the board.

Yes I am not normally ever folding here. But was looking at his stats afterwards and was looking at the hand and noticed how passive weak tight this player came across. Although his stats are not concrete they are starting to form a picture. Figured I could get some discussion on them. Not like the guy I folded KK to the other day preflop who over 2k hands was running 3/1/0 w/ %0 3bet %0 4 bet who four bet me preflop.

In this hand I think you are correct. My flop bet was a little small should have been more in this paticular hand. I have been trying to keep my flop bets exactly the same every time. Ussually around %60 of pot. Except here I forgott I added +1 per limper. Normally my flop bet would have been $1.75-$2.00.

Normally in a $2.35 pot I would bet $1.50 as a C-bet. This keeps me from building a huge pot when I miss and my opponent dosn't go away. And possibly keeps worse hands from folding, when I am ahead. Rather than forcing them to make the correct choices. I decided to give this a try for a while vs pot size betting flop & turn where when I was beat it was harder to get away from the hand on the turn or river.
