I think it is a bad call preflop vs. a 7% pfr. I would fold even though he is very aggressive. I just dont see alot of people pushing this river with one pair hands.
bet turn much harder
as played looks like a fold vs this villain
also agree preflop is bad unless villain has a massive leak that you know how to exploit
the other player in the hand was 89/22 and was a calling station so i knew he would probably be coming along
Your still dominated by UTG+1 raising range with AT. It doesnt seem that a station calling would make the call any better, but I could be wrong. If hes a station why not raise the flop?Quote:

preflop meh ok-ish still dodgy - flop fine - turn size wayyyy too small. idk why the reg would not bet AK here it seems v bad. however i don't think he's shoving AQ here (maybe this player only raises AQs+ utg+1 though?), but the possiblilty that he is and the fact that you can have like AJ here and the increased likelihood of shipping a 300BB pot makes this more of a call.
However, it's still a fold after all that. Fishy makes it closer though.
preflop and river are terrible not close
For real. The way to beat super tight ranges is to just play tighter. ATo is much weaker.Quote:
