sick dude
i'm in the market this year for a new condo, either where u are or in vancouver.
please post details. cost? how much down? rooms? Did you pay for it with poker?
Congrats man
Wow kick ass view of the city/lake.
Is that the cityplace complex? Been looking to move down there within a year or two. How do you like the building?
i dont know if i could live so far up....i like the city...but only to visit.....but it is a good view you got there. congrats....
Zomg.. I think it's a hazard for you to live that far up. What if you decide life is not worth it anymore due to either roid rage, poker tilt, or shortage of babies? One mis-step could spell doom for you (because you could walk through glass obv).
does the door man deliver the babies?
All I see is Canada... maybe your camera is broken?
I can (almost) see my old house from there!
lol - this was pretty damn funny.Quote:

Well the price is only a lease at $1400/month for two years. They go for $500K ++ depending. Our unit is only 700 Sq/ft 1+ den. As for poker paying for it, check my blog, I have less than a $1K BR and have for 3 months, so no, poker did not help at all. If the wife decides we like condo living then Poker may need to be there in the future for sure, because working stiffs like me ain't buying shit.
The sky's are a little gray Griffey at 7 pm and this is the Blackberry camera which is shit as hell. There ain't no polution yet. Although there will be. I will be taking my son to a couple games, he's already asking.
Kingnat, wow. Nice shot. That will cost you.
Warpe, that's south/east, I thought you were west end(High Park) where else did you live?
My computer desk will be against the wall and this view will be immediately to my left so hopefully I can draw some relaxation from it and not tilt because as Stacks said, it's dangerous. I won't jump, but fuck if I won't throw shit from there. Could be fun trying to hit my Big Birtha from the deck, into the dome.
Funny thing was, this one was less expensive than some lower ones, the building is half empty and almost all are investment propertys, so the listing company wanted to get an extra month or two rent instead of waiting for the extra $100 or so, so long as it was 2 years.

this thread is inspiration because I've been working on creating this thread for two years. so close!
Very nice JMYS........however, I like to keep my feet on the ground. First beat I take and I am jumping out the window. I must stay close to the ground. Very Nice however
Nice man, very nice. City living not for me, but if I had to that looks pretty cool.
Kingnat, do not let your car out of your sight everQuote:

Not for me, that's what movers are for. I decided a long time ago to get movers when we bought our first house. I have never lifted anyone's furniture ever again, since I let my friends off the hook to move me, they cannot ask me to help them.
A friend of mine lives in the middle tower showing in the first pic. Those apartments are crazy for people peeping on you.
I think she's kinda into though to be honest.
I'm gonna call bullshit and say your friends (at least one of them) ask you to help move at some point. People don't care that YOU didn't ask THEM. All they care is that THEY need YOUR help (ie. they are too lazy to do it themselves). You sir, done been boned by the long dick of life variance imo.Quote:

I grew up in Scarberia so I was exaggerating, obv., but that's the general direction.Quote:
