I post in the CO and it's my most profitable position. You'd be surprised how weak most players are preflop when facing a posting.

Agreed. Do not build pots with drawing hands. Either take it down with a sizable bet or get villain to make mistakes (poor betting on drawy boards)
3. On the turn I like the check but when he bets so little it's pretty evident that the hearts scare him so I would reraise there.
We need to be getting in as many chips in as possible right now. Few reasons: villain is leading on a street after calling a bet on a prior street (usually strength); I can think of 28 cards that could be scare cards for either hero or villain (hearts, jacks, aces, nines, paired river cards); finally, how else are we going to get it all in?
4. When the board pairs, check. Especially when it seems to him that he's hoping that you have the flush now. If he had a flush to begin with he would have bet more when the heart came up.
As played, I am only checking if I have a sick read on villain that he now has a boat. 99% of the time I am making a blocking/value bet of anywhere between 1/3 - 2/3 pot.
