Bottom set to aggression on tame board
Villain is running 24/10/1.5 over only 41 hands.
Am i right to stack off here? i know we seem really good, but what is in villian's range here when he three bets this flop?
Before shoving i have villian on 66, 99 or TT+... how is that range?
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 76.128% 76.13% 00.00% 27132 0.00 { 3c3h }
Hand 1: 23.872% 23.87% 00.00% 8508 0.00 { 99+, 66 }
I feel apprehensive in including QQ+.. i think those are 3bet preflop. Any thoughts?
Can we get away from this hand?

Re: Bottom set to aggression on tame board
i'm interested in your play pre-flop. Not saying it's good or bad, just interested. Explain?

dunno, but he didn't 3-bet this flop, he re-raised and you 3-bet.
I think you can call the flop re-raise on this board, but you're likely going to showdown regardless.

i prefer to raise PP's as it helps create a bigger pot if you hit your set; no one goes broke on a limped pot most of the time and limp/calling shouldnt get much value should i get aggro on a flop like that.
yeah my bad.. what is he raising on that flop.
at the time he raised first thing i said there was, im not surprised if he has me set over set. when i 3bet shove and he calls very quickly i just knew before the cards were shown that he would have 66, 99.
but yes as u said im not calling then folding the turn so it doesnt make much difference.

You have a set on a rainbow, uncoordinated board against a player who seems to be a tagg-fish. If you aren't going to stack off here, are you only getting it in with the absolute nuts?

If you folded a set on this board anytime someone raised you on the flop, you would be costing yourself so much money, its not even funny.
If you got set over set, move on and chalk it up as a cooler.
