And you can easily figure this out with pokerstove. Agaisnt KK+, AK we have 40%ish equity.

at 38/29, i'm going to have to say yes
although i dont' remember the last time i got it in QQ as a favorite to be honest

would you call this versus a 25/10?
25/5?
20/18?

Considering the sample set, it's likely this player is really more of a 25/18 or so... and still yes. Then again, the saner the stats, the less likely they are to EVER make this play. Unless they should have some read on you that you never consider pot odds or hero-call overbets...
I don't see folding here without a very specific read.

And fwiw, form a bad player I would expect to see stuff like weaker pps/TT/JJ/AK/AQ more often than AA/KK..

Against a 12/10 nit I might think about folding. Against a 38/29 no way - this is standard.
The cut off for inst-calling is probably somewhere in between (but not sure exactly where).
