QQ in tough situation, what to do?

I don't have the exact hand history but I remember the bets and the cards so it shouldn't be that important. I have no info on the villain since I hadn't been at the table for long.

Villain Button ($30)

Hero dealt QQ

Table folds to villain who raises $1
BB folds
Hero raises to $4
Villain calls

Pot is ~ (8)
Flop comes Kc 5c 8h

Hero bets $5
Villain raises to $10
Hero ?

I struggle with the min raises because I never know if they are trying to build a pot on a solid hand or a draw.

Hi, I think these two statments are enough for an instant fold. You need to know your villian better.He also had the advantage of position .Its hard to chuck QQ I know. But worth it me thinks.I like your preflop raise. But it didnt deter the Villian.

Lots of times I have seen min raises mean FD's or sets.

Pre-flop is fine. Definitely want to 3 bet here especially being OOP. 3-bet to possibly take the hand down here or to build up a pot.

Flop - Like the c-bet here, but I am always leaning towards folding this on this mess of a board here.

I was curious if I should maybe bet more on my continuation bet on the flop in this situation. I know 2/3 of the pot is the usual so my $5 bet was right there. Would a pot sized bet be +EV here on the flop?
