Help me pic Swiggidy's Avatar (also need resizing help)

I won a bet with Swiggidy and get to pic his avatar for the next month. Although I told him that the timeframe would be from today until Feb 15th I am willing to give up a day to let you, the peeps of FTR, help me decide which pic to use.

Btw, I will also need help re-sizing the winning pic since all I have on my laimo computer is Microsoft Paint.

I have decided that since, Swigg hates Tebow and Tebow has decided to return for his Senior season I would use a Tebow pic as the avatar. I have narrowed the choices to the following 4 (in order of my personal preference).
