ok this is a general situation so no HH is needed. Lets say you raise 4xbb pf and get 1 caller. The flop is 2 tone and the villan minbets. raise 3/4 pot or more . Then on the turn he leads out with another min bet.

It's often TPWK, or a flush draw. If they min-3bet the turn is't a set or maybe a stupid 2 pair.
Flop raise is good because you're basically ignoring his bet and cbetting. On the turn I'd just call. If he's on flush draw you're ahead and can check down, if he has a T you're getting odds to hit your overcards.
This also lets you get to showdown so you can see what kind of hands your villains are playing and start building more accurate ranges. At the micros, if I can put someone most likely on TPWK I find trying to bluff them out of the pot to be -eV.

Lately at 10nl on Stars I have also seen this be a poorly played good hand... TPTK, Two pair, sometimes a set that the person thinks they are 'trapping' you by min betting. I can't say this is standard but I have seen it a little more lately. If you find this to be the case after showdown, make a note and you'll own this player next time.
