COME ON BILL COWHER, ONE TIME!
NO, MAN WITH MIGHTY CHIN COME TO KANSAS CITY
lol, no chance you guys get Bill Cowher. Steeler fans will elaborate why.
By "you guys" I mean anyone.
Let's talk about Tom Brady more...
Alright, let's play 20 questions.
Hint this guy has a glass knee, a glass jaw and one too many FTR admirers
Who is Ben Rothelburgermesiter being hit on his motorcycle, amirite?
why did the lions wait to get to 0-16 to fire their coach?
Once Millen got fired and they got to like 0-6 there was really no reason to fire Marinelli early. At that point, it was clear that the whole coaching staff would be gone after the season. Plus Marinelli handled going 0-16 about as well as anyone could. I really respect him as a person, but not as a head coach.Quote:

LOL. I hate SHanahan SO FUCKING MUCH.
well, for starters, the guy is already very rich, he's very smart, has a nice cushy 7 figure job to sit around and talk about football on TV, and anytime he decides to come back to coach he'll have a $10m/yr guaranteed offer waiting for him.Quote:

And because he's a family man, and he can easily wait for all of his kids to be well on their way before he takes a job.
Pats positioned for on sick playoff run imo

Pretty redic imo.
Congrats to the eagles, cardinals, and vikings for their efforts (aka being in the NFC)
I'd also like to say congratulations to the chargers who weren't good enough to be in this picture but are "good" enough to make the playoffs. You and classy LT earned this.
I'm officially a Titans fan for the postseason. Rooting for Falcons in NFC. Titans because, wtf, it's the Titans. Falcons because a year ago they were the most miserable group of people in the world.
alright, if I don't point out how obviously you yearn for us to acknowledge that the Pats accomplished too much to be left out, will you consider cheering for the Steelers?
I'm sorry, what's that sound I hear? Is it karma kicking the Pats square in the nuts ever since the superbowl?
Yah it sucks that your team deserves to be in the post season and would obviously make things interesting. And it sucks harder that you have to get behind your coach as a "brilliant gameplanner, coach and mastermind of the game" instead of acknowledging that he's a douche and a cheater. But these are the cards we're dealt.
That's football.
Also, I am one solid Falcons fan this post-season. Something about dropping VT grad Vick and picking up BC QB who fcked over VT at every opportunity Matt Ryan appeals to me.
I feel like I'm getting grumpy.
the afc east played the afc west and nfc west. the entire division is overrated on that basis alone.Quote:

It's not the end of the world since we figured we weren't making playoffs from the beginning. And for the cheater that he is, Bellichek made us 11-5 with Matt Cassel.
yeah belichick is sick good.. and you see his coordinators leave all the time and they always flop, so you know exactly where all the success comes from over there.
once brady is back healthy (assuming he comes back healthy), and they infuse some more young talent on the D, they are going to be back at the top. at least thats what i'm thinking.
verbal masturbation: keep cassel, trade brady for 3 first rounders?
TITANSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I had the Beliichick asst. coach convo with my Dad the other week, ridiculous how he's yet to turn at a lot of great head coaches.

NOW SHIP MAN WITH MIGHTY CHIN (Herm is all but gone now)
KC can have Cohwer imo
They need him
Former SB winning coaches are and will be in high demand for a long time. They aren't going to take crummy jobs or take over crappy teams. It's why Cowher isn't the Browns coach right now (I'd also argue that he didn't want to taint his Steelers legacy), and it's why you won't see Shanahan in Detroit.
I could see Cowher in Dallas or Carolina in the future.
Carolina's current coach would have to take one hell of a tumble next year in order to get fired to bring in Bill Cowher.
It's also pretty tough to argue that Dallas would take Cowher over Shanahan. Cowher is probably the better overall coach, but Shanahan is the better offensive mind, and Evil Owner Jones loves him some offense.
i think the Broncos are stupid in the first place to fire shanahan... If I'm the Colts, with Dungy retiring, then I'm all over Shanahan.. I think Shanahan would be a PERFECT fit with the Colts, as much as I hate the Colts. I'd also like to see Holmgren consider the Jets job.. wouldnt that be a nice little story?
Considering that the Broncos are on their 4th defensive coordinator in 4 years, one might think that it's the defensive personal and not the coordinator that is at fault.Quote:
