I call and re evaluate

He has a pair and isn't folding and since we are ahead of his pair range shove

3 bet size is way tooo small. i'd make $13-14 preflop and shove over on this flop.

No way. He opened from EP, and has 5% PFR. Definitely does NOT have 2p, may have the pocket pairs but I'd weight it towards the higher ones.
