I have more holes in my game than swiss cheese plse hlp!

I am so frustrated. I play at sportsbook and I already know that it is a small site what i am trying to get help with is I need some software like poker tracker3 that will work for a beta site. I have been going through my hand history and I am trying to compile a data base with alot of the same data. But it is almost impossible to do. Can any one give me some advice. Thanks

besides posting HH, take a look at which hands you lost the most money in. see if you just got coolered, or if there was any way to minimize your losses/get away from the hand
