You better take this from a more experienced player but I'll just give it a shot...
I don't like the raise pf with the KQ. For me this would be a fold in EP. You shouldn't get called with many weaker hands, unless (just checked and saw it's a 1$ tournament, so I guess it's ok... never played those :))
I don't like the bet on the flop at all. You either want to make it look like a continuation bet - so you should bet about 2/3 of the pot, or you check it and make a pot sized bet on the turn, hoping he hit something. I like betting it much better. They always think you're bluffing.
Most of the time if they are going to fold to a bigger bet, they weren't going to give you any action anyway, so you're not loosing any money. You want to maximize if they have something... and how you do it isn't really rocket science - you just bet it!

I'm not sure how much action you would have got with bigger bets but after the call on the flop I am pushing each street harder. This was a good hand and you want to build a big pot quick but you are letting him get cards for cheap and there is some reason he is in the hand (we assume). You are giving him great odds to chase and draw out on you (esp. with 2 clubs on the flop). Don't slow play so much that you end up losing the hand. At this level play big hands hard as they will pay you off. Slowplaying at this level will cost you in the long run.
1/2 pot on flop, pot on turn, shove river.
