flopped set vs utg nit
opp: 19/15/3.4
Am i reraise-felting this here 100% or is there any other way to play it. Scenario: if I raise him up and he flats, am I folding to any particular cards on the turn if he shoves, and what sized bet would I call if the flush card or perhaps a 10 falls on the turn?

Definitely definitely raise, there's no other choice. Felt if he puts in another raise.
If he flats i'd probably check behind a turn J or 6, or Ts, and bet everything else

Raise without question, board is way too dangerous to not try to get the money in now. Nothing good can happen if any of these cards peel: any spade; any jack, ten, six, or five. If you're horrible unlucky, he will have just sucked out on you. If you're only somewhat unlucky, he'll have a good hand that is now terrified of the board and won't want to give you action. Get the money in, get it in fast, get it in now.
I agree with Massimo on the turn, if you raise and he calls.
