5/10 - TT oop vs. reg - 150bb deep

Villain is a 19/15/3 regular who's been killing these games recently. We've played a fair amount together but haven't tangled much post-flop. I think he is pretty tight in general... I've actually never seen him get out of line. He might think I'm a little loose post-flop, but he's been giving me credit so far at this table.

I'm sure this is an auto 3bet for some people, and if you'll like to argue that point, go for it. Given I've called, what's your play and plan?

I'm check/calling at least 2 streets, he might try to barrel you or vtown you with77-88 given it is going to be hard to put you on TT+.

I don't see any reason to take a passive line here and let villain hit his overcards. I think you should choose the same action as you would when you are bluffing this flop with JT for instance. If you would go for a c/r, then c/r or if you like to lead, then b/c and evaluate turn.

I think calling pre is fine, as is raising.

I like check calling here too, most of the time. Especially if villian is aggro and a known double and triple barreler.

p4's... if you checkraise here and are called, are you done with the hand or are you firing most turns??

I would reraise pf. As played, I would lead out on flop if he's previously respected your raises.

If you don't bluff this flop with air frequently, then c/c is fine. If you do, then I think it's pretty horrible.

My action after the c/r is called would be very opponent dependent. Against a passive villain for instance it's a pretty easy c/f + c/f.

I would think that if we c/r this flop it would be to induce a shove by our aggressive opponent. I would think checkraise/folding would be pretty bad no?

I dont usually like to stack off in this spot so I would think c/c would be the most optimal play.

What happens when an overcard comes on turn? I'm really bad at these situations.

depends on his doubling frequencies but we should be check/calling probably any turn card and then using a mixed strategy on different rivers

Since we are 150BB deep, I don't think we should polarize our c/r range so much that it only contains stack off hands and air. I wouldn't c/r this hand 100BB deep for that same reason (unless I don't mind putting the rest in), but 150BB deep I think it's a fine play.

Hmm, I might have a leak here. My c/r range contains too many hands that can't handle 3-bets. Against someone who is playing perfectly, a polarized c/r range is probably the best way to go.

I wonder if that's bad against the majority of my opponents though...

That's why i said if you think he'll bluff shove you a lot because its a paired board, then I don't dislike the c/r the TT on this flop. I don't like it though because I think there are lines that will get you more value with less variance.
