What is the easiest way to import hand histories into tracker from Stars? Do you always have to request them or are they stored automatically in the directory? And if they are emailed to me how do I import them?

What is the easiest way to import hand histories into tracker from Stars? Do you always have to request them or are they stored automatically in the directory? And if they are emailed to me how do I import them?
Firstly make sure you save them to HD in the options/instant hand history part of pokerstars. Then auto import them from that directory in PT; ez stuff.
