1) Seriously no, all in. Fwiw this would be closer if BB had a full stack but I''d probs still stack off.

1) You have to shove here. He could easily have AK here and just be freaking out cuz he wants to go HU with shorty.
2) Pre-flop - I've noticed you don't like raising more than 4bb's preflop. You need to up your pfr when there are 3 limpers ahead of you like this. Make it at least $1.50.

Flop - Bet more, at least $2. There's really no reason to ever bet less than 1/2 pot.

River - All-in

In general overpair vs. 1/2 stack = get all in at some point. If you had bet properly pre-flop and on the flop you could just put him in on the turn.

Didn't notice how short villain was I agree with martin that you should have got him all in.

I was thinking that Hand 1 was a good fold until I noticed that one villain was short. That makes the LAG's 5-bet appear weaker; he probably wants to go HU v. the shorstack.

Also, with hand 1: I'm not sure, but I'd make the initial re-raise bigger than $3. I know that many players (myself included) love the 3x reraise, e.g. someone makes it $4, you make it $12. However lately I've noticed that these "standard" 3x reraises are never getting folds. Not that we want folds, but if they're calling all those reraises, you can probably milk them for more.

Hand 2 you've got to bet closer to pot on the flop. Is the 1/2 pot bet a ruse to make the villain think that your overcards missed? If so, I don't like that move here. At these limits, villains aren't going to RAISE with crap when they smell weakness; I don't think they're that smart. We want more money in the middle here.

As played, I like the river call. I feel he's got crap or is baiting you while holding a monster (like trip fours). A raise here would not achieve anything good.

maybe if you had more hands on UTG+1, but even then I doubt a fold there. It is possible he has been card dead for an hour. As long as QQ/AK are in his range, you can't fold with the dead money out there. I figure, if you are going to 3bet a 15/0 pf, you can't really fold to the push, especially with a donktastic shortstack in there sweetening the pot and monkeying with the action.

Because I'm worried about UTG+1. The 5-bet preflop looks more like AA than it does an isolation play. Usually when I fold KK, I ask myself: Would QQ make this play? I don't see UTG+1 having QQ here.

Could UTG+1 have QQ? Yes.
Could UTG+1 have AK? Yes.

This is 25nl. Even against fairly tight opps this is a mandatory push and I don't think it's close.

if it were HU it'd be closer. we are like 47/53 if we give UTG+1 a range of QQ+/AK where QQ and AK are heavily discounted. i think we have to go with it since there is dead money in the pot and the fact that ppl do tend to go a bit nuts when a shorty is involved like this.
