you are commited on the turn. If a raise would be a bit larger and villain doesn't have high turn AF, you could fold it.

It depends on the villain here. I could see myself c/f the turn against most of the people I play against. A float in a 3-way 3-bet pot is pretty unlikely as the initial PFR still to act behind him would make him play pretty straight forward I would think.

I am checking this turn a lot and then check raising or folding depending on opponent etc.

This is really opponent dependent against a lot of weak passives and nits I'd be c/f turn so I can't really comment without more info.

I'm not sure what you beat there other than a bluff and AT.

Actually everybody in this thread is right. If you bet turn you're committed, but you actually don't wanna bet turn since you beat pretty much nothing that commits you, or even calls for that matter.
