thin
i took a shot at 5/10 cause i thought the games would be soft post bubble of the 300 rebuy FTOPS.
So villain in this hand has an FTOPS avatar, so he probably didn't make his way up to 5/10 grinding through 6-max. I've never seen him before, and he's running something like 19/17 aggressive. Haven't really seen anything from him.
My image has been a little towards the aggro side but it's been like 40 hands at most.

Villain in this hand i've played with before at 200NL, it seems like he's taking a shot too. Betting the flop here is kinda meh but whatever. From what i've known from this guy at 200NL he runs a little looser than TAGG and otherwise plays decent. Not a spewtard in the slightest. His cont bet % is probably like 70%. His timing, although i don't really know him well enough to make a good assessment of what timings mean what specifically with him, seemed not like an A. He took a little time on the flop before calling.
Looking back this definitely seems too thin.

In both hands you need a read that villain is capable of calling you with a marginal hand. In hand 1, he has to call you with ace high. Some players are just not creative enough to do that, so you need that kind of a read.
Hand 2 is standard value bet in a HU match, but not at a 6max table. With your read, I don't think this is a good bet. You probably put him on 88 or 77. The question is - would he bet a weak ace on the river and will he pay me off with 88? So then you decide whether to value bet or not.
Those are thin spots. Hand 1 is thinner than Hand 2. I bet hand 2 a higher % of time than hand 1.

you are putting aggression on the wrong streets

I'd much rather three barrel on hand 1, in fact i think opp's range is likely completely unbalanced here. As played I don't like the river bet.
Hand 2 I just c/f all the way unless im going balls to the walls. I understand checking when you hit the turn, but i don't bet river. Your vtowning yourself.
-
One more thing - if you will bet at all in Hand 2, bet turn as a bluff and shut down on the river. That way you get to fold KK, QQ and JJ also. Definitely not value betting here.

yeah i agree hand 1 is a great 3 barreling board
hand 2 was just bad on all levels.
I just played pretty horrendous last night.
