3: Ewwwwwwww, I dunno what to do here.. I personally block riv though

1. I think a flop bet is OK, I probably call the min raise and fold to a river bet if villain can be aggro with draws.

2. If you are going to fire a second barrel somewhere in the hand, bet the turn not the river.

3. Being oop blows.

Hand 1:
I looked at some of your other hands in earlier posts and this is similar, you seem to have a tendency to put too much money in the pot with tp or less hands & the plays make sense but it's just not necessary at 25nl.

(This I think is the main reason your sklansky & showdown winnings are in the + but actual winnings are in the - )

Hand 2:
Is good, it definitely looks like KQ, AQ that fired a cbet gave up and hit on the river, however you have so little fold equity at these stakes its rarely correct to bluff scare cards esp. vs unknowns

Hand 3:
Is close

1- bad: check behind flop or turn. as played fold.

2- bad at any stakes imo

3-bet river for like 5 as played call

As part of the learning process, what was your thinking on each street in these hands? What was your reason for taking the actions you did?

My thought process was:

Hand 1:
Preflop easy raise. Flop I want value from FD's and 8x+. I think 8x+ will call at least a flopbet, and will less likely call a turn bet when a scare card comes. Therefor, besides FD's, I liked betting instead of checking. His flop call means exactly that to me, plus K's, sometimes 2pair/sets at this level.
Turn bricks so I wanted value from the same hands that I wanted value from on the flop, I think I'm still ahead a lot.
His c/r surprised me. It often is a good K or 2pair hand. but because the FD was still out with maybe some combo draws, I thought I had odds to call with all the money in the pot already.

Hand 2:
Preflop easy raise. The flop didn't hit my range very hard, his probably more. I wanted to represent an overpair. Villains flop call meant mostly midpair+ to me and some draws.
Turn I think don't think is a really good card for my range and I think I even have less FE than on the flop because more combodraw type of hands are there and I think most of his midpair+ range is calling also.
River I can represent the Q of course and the flush. It's not like people on this level are usually reading hands anyway. So I expect midpairs or less to fold and all 9x+ to call. I hoped his range was wide enough for this to be good.

Hand 3:
Preflop easy raise.
Flop I'm ahead almost always, so easy bet. Call means 9x+ to me, Q9 is possible, so is TJ, maybe even KJ.
Turn is probably not so good a card for me, but I thought I would be ahead often enough to bet for value. This is exactly what I thought at the time, maybe in these situations I have to think more of particular hands instead of type of hands.
His call meant lots and lots of combo draws to me, mostly T's with a pair or FD's with a pair, some Q's and some 2pairs. Tho 2 pairs seemed less likely to me because I expect them to raise a decent amount of time.
River I check/fold because I think a lot of his range checks behind because it has showdown value with a pair and won't call another bet. I don't expect any worse hands to bet river, maybe QT.
(I now think betting half pot is better btw)

Hand 3 is the only hand worth betting turn for value.

Hand 1: 8x isnt calling your flop bet, and few 8x's are likely to be in the hand short of a read that villian is calling extremely wide. You're up against a FD, Kx, or a slowplayed set. You need to find at least one check behind either on flop or turn. Start to think more about what ranges villian has based on his PF play and his flop play.

Hand 2: I dont really think you're representing anything on this river, it looks like the bluff it is. At these micro-stakes you're really better off betting value rather than bluffing. Look at it this way, if villian has nothing you already have him beat, and if he has something he's almost certain to call (because thats what they do). A river bluff here is rarely a good plan with the line you've taken.

Hand 3 is a bit more difficult. HU is a whole different kettle of fish. His range is definately wider to call PF here. I like flop, I like turn (TP is a much stronger hand HU than in 6-max/FR), river I think as others have said, make a 1/3 pot blocking bet or something, but this was the best played hand of the three.

Hand 1, he's pretty much never doing that with a draw

Hand 1: I think you played it well, obviously this depends on your image and who you're playing against. It's a little better if the board is more like K876 but whatever. Also the turn minraise means you're crushed 95% of the time.

Hand 2: again, i think this is good. If he had anything like a 9 or better he most likely would have bet the turn.

Hand 3: bet river like 7.50 for value
