My En-V phone is acting weird. It says that it's not getting any service and has no access to any of the numbers/pics/music I had on it before. Also, the screen doesn't turn off anymore. I don't know what's up so I was wondering if anyone could point me towards some good information that might help me avoid a trip to the Verizon store (the roads are a mess right now)
