Help me adjust my game to regulars who have a line on me.

Just found a regulars link on another site where my name was mentioned a few times & I have discovered there are a group of regulars who are using the following strategy - to good affect vs me -

3betting me light
donking into me on low flops

The answer might be obvious but please humour me , what is the most +ev counter strategy or any other avice?
(Other info - they have me at 15/9 - Im actually at 17/13 and am planning to up my game now to about 22/17 in the coming weeks, which might actually compound my losses vs them if I dont adjust properly)

If you know who they are, this shouldn't be a problem as long as they don't know that you know.

Their screen names on the poker forum are different to their Stars handles.

Raise with overs more when ppl donk into you on low flops.

Take into account that players have a wide 3betting range when deciding whether to 4bet/ call their 3bet.

You were right, the answers were obvious.

don't let the lite 3betting thing bother you too much. for every 3 times they 3bet you, you make it all back with 1 successful 4bet. of course, it's easier said than done, especially when you did it lite, and they had a real hand.

as for donking the flops. raise or float them.
