Neteller needs to clear the deposit, and the time that takes varies by poker room. Your cashout confirmation from cakepoker was dated TODAY. Be patient.

Like Warpe said, give it a couple days. Sometimes it can take 2-3 days to appear in your Neteller account. If it hasn't by then, I would e-mail support again.
