Anything stick out? I know strictly statistics isn't the best way to tell when people are having problems, so I'm going to try and make a post of stuff that I have trouble with.

i think ur playing too tight to rly get a lot of value

however u should be a winner using this strat and it looks like ur running badly

also, ur AFs r just insanely high

Idk enough to do a stats check, but check out http://www.pokerevsoftware.com/ to get an idea of how you're running. (Albeit in a really really limited but reassuring way)

You 3 bet those SC, cuz u think it's cool? u raising them you tee jee or you tee jee plus one?

Play more hands in the c/o and on the button. You're giving up alot of value there only playing 14.4 and 16.79vpip respectively. Open up to like 35/25 on the button and just slightly tighter in the cutoff. I play full ring nowadays and I play 25/17 on the button. Position is valuable.

His flop AF is so high because given how many hands he plays pre-flop, he usually flops an overpair.

No offense, but i think your playing kind of nitty. It is okay to chase cheap draws, especially when you will get paid off big. It seems to me like you are just playing mostly solid hands and not giving up on a lot of them up when they don't connect, as in, you are raising and reraising most of the hands you play. It seems like you have trouble giving up when one of the few hands you are playing doesn't connect. I almost feel like you are overplaying sauces guide. Also, some other things, i think your folding to steal attempts in the blinds is too high and your not stealing enough. Loosen up in general, and learn how to give up/fold more. Try to post all of the hands where you have major losses and this will also help you out a ton.

Also, what level are you playing at? You probably read all of sauces guide, and most people in there, including sauce, agree that not all of the advice applies as evenly to every level, and its meant more for the mid stakes games(100nl-600nl, etc but also some of it can be applied to other levels obv).

what site are you playing at?

your stats make you too predictable if you use very standard lines with your hands IMO.

I think you need to sit in a smaller stakes game, say 2-3 tables and start riasing the hell out of the CO/BTN and play poker then bring that to the 100nl table.

Okay, I don't understand.

Sauce's guide has gotten a shitload of praise, and I'm trying to play preflop by its guidelines because "my game" hasn't worked previously. I know that it's not the 100% best way to play 6-max, but the idea was that using the guidelines *should* be able to create a winning game by using the basic ideas. Should I, as Fleetwood Mac sang...go my own way?

Trip: I don't 3-bet suited connectors or raise them outside of the CO-BTN...I 3-bet hands that I believe are in the top 1/2 of the range of my opponents, and I 3-bet a lot in the blinds.

As for the flop aggression, I c-bet most flops, and I almost never call...raise or fold.

Snowbird + Miffed: 100NL @ Stars.

Snowbird: I have been trying to use Sauce's guide as a basis for learning how and when to double-barrel using scare cards, like when I have TT and an ace falls on the turn or whatever ...in the past I often would use a bet-check-bet line and now I'm trying more of the bet-bet-check with some of my weaker hands.

All the comments are greatly appreciated thus far.

Maybe you're getting into too many "better hands will fold, worse hands will call" situations and unknowingly turning your pair into a bluff.. Just a suggestion, nothing to do with stats.

Making unncecessary c-bets into 3bet pots definitely can affect an otherwise solid strategy.

Suggestions:
1). Don't c-bet in a 3bet pot if you aren't heads up without a strong hand
2). Don't c-bet on low coordinated flops if you have been doing a fair amount of 3betting. Most opponents will felt 9-9/10-10 and a decent draw, so you have very little FE.
3). Sometimes check behind with a flopped set if the board is dry enough, to help to balance the times you check behind without a hand.
4). Jack and 10 high boards aren't very good to c-bet without a hand. These boards often hit your opponents 3bet calling range, and aren't as scary to a middle pocket pair type of hand.

I probably only c-bet 40-45% of flops when i was the PF aggressor in a 3bet pot. I still almost always c-bet Ace/King high flops (per Sauce's Guide!)
