I haven't been here for a while and I'm starting to get the itch of playing again. Just wondering how is everyone funding their poker account nowadays that neteller is closed to U.S. players. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated please. Thanks.

epassporte.com
That or Bodog lets you deposit directly with a credit/debit card.Quote:

i think OP is asking about depositing, not withdrawing.
and epass is accepted more widely. yes, there are fees now, and you should educate yourself on how they work, but we dont have a better solution in comparison to neteller...for now.
credit card has worked just fine for me.
I use ePassporte as well. I wanted to point out, however, that it takes a long time to get set up -- about 2 weeks for me. After that, its been smooth sailing and I really like it, especially for moving money from site to site.
yes, takes awhile to set up. and, yes, takes awhile to transfer money from a site to epass. going from epass to a site has been lickitysplit for me...i suppose the poker site wants my money bad enough to take care of the speed issue...lol.Quote:

It also takes a while to move money from ePass ---> bank account. I think it is 3 business days, at least. I do have Visa card that they offer, so I can always ATM up some cash or use it for purchases.
I didn't realize that epass could send you an ATM card. Maybe it would be worth using that in addition to my "bankroll account". Do they charge a fee for the card? Also, what is the cards credit label; ie, Visa, Mastercard, or Star, etc?
Yes epassporte does give you the option of having an epassporte credit card which works like a check card. Its $35 to set up and $35 a year in fees. You can use it at any place that takes visa as long as they do it electronically rather than manually (which i dont think any place still does). You can also use it to withdraw from an ATM instantly but i believe there is a small fee for doing so.
I used to just do neteller into bank account and use my check card.
Now i just use the epassporte card.
So the epassporte card is different from the Visa card you can ask for?? If so is the epassporte card free??Quote:
