With 6 players on the flop, a bet and a call, temporary 3rd nuts is pretty much rags.

If there was just the one bet, I could see calling and seeing what happens on the turn.

With a bet+call and no one to act after, I'm still leaning towards a fold. The only flushes you beat are 9d6d or worse, so it's very likely that at least one of them has you beat. Likely being beat with no way to improve = easy fold.

But really, Omaha is a game of losing and gaining the nuts (or at least, better types of hands). There are a lot of spots where it's much better to be in position with a good/great draw than out of position with the current nuts. This can be very true even with one card to come, assuming there is still a good amount of money left behind for the river.

Being in a spot where you aren't sure if you have the best hand, and no decent chance to make it the best hand, really really blows. You will just end up putting money in the pot when behind, and not getting paid anything if you are ahead.

Couldn't have said it better myself. As Bobby Baldwin once put it "I know players who won't put a single chip into a PLO pot voltuntarily from any position without at least a suited ace, and 2 or 3 connecting straight cards."
