UB HH converter problems

I consistently have problems converting UB NLHE ring game hand histories. They either 1) don't convert at all or 2) convert wrong (i.e. parts of bets dropped, action wrong, final pot wrong, etc.)

I've tried the FTR converter (most of the time converts wrong) AND the "Bad Beats and Good Vibes" converter (most of the time won't convert at all).

Am I the only one having this problem? I copy from the HH window into Word and then from there into the converter. That's when sh!t straight up falls apart.....

Jeff is in the process of improving our converter. Please post some of the UB hands here so he can take a look. Thanks.

This one straight up will not convert. It drops the last "All-in" push over my raise completely....
