sigh, hand converter help...

ok, i must be mentally irregular today but i cant for the life of me get any hands converted with the FTR converter.

I thought it was as simple as this:
openhand history file.
copy hand
past hand into converter
click "covert hand"
select output
paste into forum

when i review it has a not very useful version of the converted hand. It does not show the cards, bets, etc. Only some names and what action they took. E.G. Joe bets. No explanation of what he bets.

I know there must be something simple im missing.

I'm trying to convert SNG hands from Full Tilt.

any ideas?
