Live Ring Games
Hi!
Somewhere I've read that in order to play 1$/2$ live ring games, you got to beat the 0.10/0.25 ones online...is that true? and how about that if where I live there is only one card casino?
I mean, are the games harder to beat because the "sharks" have nowhere to go???
Thanks, Me

I just came back from 5 nights in Vegas - played MGM 1/2 NL - i play .25/50 online. I can tell you, the play was substantially worse then what i play online - EVERYOne will stack off with top pair no kicker - people will stack off with bluffs - fun game!
I ended up up about $1200 over 3 nights of playing...and i played tight! If i loosened up, i'm sure i could of come home with 2x as much...

The casinos ive played at were pretty bad. Lots of calling stations calling down with 3rd pair, everyone trying to outplay each other by bluffing/trying to catch people on bluffs etc. If you can beat 25nl you could probly do fine in a casino if you dont run bad. Just play a standard tight agrressive game, no sense in getting fancy when they play so badly.

1/2 is usually the lowest stakes at most casinos which is why it's full of fish. However how is the play as you move up in stakes? I assume it gets better once you're playing 2/4, 3/6 etc... I would guess that the higher stakes are similar to online, am I right?
