Looks like a set to me. I fold.

Deep and with position, I just call the flop CR and re-evaluate. As played fold. Against a player this tight, I don't want to get 150BBs in here - doubt he is playing AQ like this.

I agree, against a player with those stats I call the flop C-R and see what he does on the turn.
