Is it better just to complete pre-flop? When I c-bet and get reraised all-in, I thought I had to call with pair and open ended (even being the idiot end), getting almost 2 to 1. Did I play this wrong?

I don't really consider it an open ended straight draw if I have the bottom card on a one to a straight board. So I fold.
