I was on the button with this hand, but got some weird flop action. Just felt really icky. MP1 just joined the table not too long ago and seemed fairly solid. I knew I probably had MP3 beat here, but that check/raise from MP1 sent off the alarm. Thoughts?

I'd fold. We're only beating KT-, and I don't think MP1 is check-raising with that. More likely he's got a set or 2 pair and he's protecting vs an OESD. We might be vs another KQ, but it wouldn't surprise me terribly to see him turn over AK. No reason to play a big pot here with only TP and this action and stacks so deep.
