there is a similar question in Skalansky's NL Hold 'em book. the question would be, how often do the other players bet and raise?
If the answer is never, then I would jump limp every hand, then bet according to the strength of my hand on the river; small bets for hands I think may be good, medium sized bets when I think i'm ahead most of the time, and pushing all-in with the nuts.

I disagree with that. I think we should push every single time we think we're ahead on the river. A hand like AKo, I'd push preflop, I might be wrong here, but I think it has the most equity vs. 9 random hands before we've seen a flop.Quote:
