Outside of Poker
I am excited with the responses i got from another post i wrote. I am starting this one hoping to get some general comments about what habits - studying and disciplinary related - players are incorporating into their game.
As of right now, i have been printing big pot hands i mismanaged and putting them into a 3 ring binder. I then go back and "replay" the hand to a less damaging conclusion.
Also, i am saving any EV calculations i have been generating in a 3 ring binder (Office Max has good low-cost 3 ring binders). I find this helps me to avoid repeating mistakes and also wasting time re-learning information. It is also good for my morale when i have a losing session, because i feel as though the session was simply productive in a different way.
More comments and ideas please!

i look through my big winners and big losers after each session. Its usually pretty obvious if i played the hand well or totally donk it up, and i dont find a whole lot of hands where i really have a tough decision when i look back on it.

between 8-9 am Mon-Fri i read a poker book for usually 30-45 min each day. Im in work for 9am but parking is hard to come by but i dont mind sitting in the car reading as opposed to going to work early.
i like to look at a CR vids at LEAST one every 2 days at around 10pm, tho i think ill now watch em at 6pm when im home from work plus broad band seems to slow down at night which makes streaming better obv.
my problem is session reviews tho, i ply very tight which leads to easy decisions overall. right now im just looking for spots to widen my ranges, im stuck at about 4.8 BB/100 (im confused about PTBB/100 now so wotever PT says its 4.8). PS i tend to look at PT every 10 min so i do see my HH alot.
oh and the boards/forums on FTR and 2+2

PT gives it's numbers in big bets. 1big bet = 2 big blinds.

i choose some classes depending on how they can be applied to poker theory, like game theory workshops or statistic classes.
after each session i´ll look over the hands i had hard decisions to make.
i review my sessions with two classmates i started out playing with.
