if these are regulars you see alot than i like it for metagame reasons. if your doing it b/c youre bored, then i guess its a nish nish. wtf is that anyways?
-
I say nish-nish for both preflop and the flop
preflop if I squeeze I like to make ppl pay (at least 18$ to go)
On the flop you will take this down pretty rarely. Ppl don't tend to fold top pair (and a Queen is very possible holding) + there's a heart draw on board. Both these factors make it more likely you'll be called. And unless the turn is a 5, you're gonna have to either make a big bluff, a huge call, or a quick fold if someone bets.

this is meh against unknowns. Its actually pretty often meh, reraising UTG+1 raisers with small PPs usually sucks.
Also:
- raise more preflop (to something like $16-17)
- bet more on the flop if you want to c-bet. I would check behind as played though in a multiway pot.

i'm sorry, i forgot to put reads. Post edited.

Just call. I think you make more money over the long term by trying to flop a set or playing position in spots like this.

So Akya or Nish Nisht? :P
-
you never said what that means
-
Have you never seen Da Ali G Show??
Akya means yes, Nish Nish means no.
It's a joke by the gay character in Da Ali G Show...
-
gotcha. i knew i heard it somewhere but couldnt remember where. i guess i should have asked that instead of what it means, thats kind of obvious. we dont have HBO, but my wife got me the first season on DVD for christmas. that shit is hilarious.

It's actually "Ach ja or a nicht nicht." It's German and basically means "yes or a no no."

I really don't like a squeeze here vs a Ep raise and call. Like dsaxton said, I think you make more money by just calling PF.
