not normally good because it causes unpredictable play. fun as hell.....yes. I am known to do it every now and then if someone gives me lip and I have pounded back a couple beers.
I talk so much trash and stupid talk it's rediculous. Random things like
Meow?
I r teh emOz
here donkey donkey donk
If I lose a hand, i'll wine and complain and make it seem like i'm on tilt, while i'm perfectly playing my A game.
I'll do it if I think it'll help me make more money.
A problem I used to have was trashtalking, showing bluffs, other tactics, despite the fact that the table was easy money as it is. Often trashtalking can make people play back at you. Do you want them to play back at you, or do you want them to stay passive?
I sometimes chat while I'm playing if I find the company and topics enjoyable but I don't try flame them or make them tilt.
I've noticed an added bonus... chatting this and that makes my image more nice or simple (can't find the right word now since english isn't my mother tongue). It makes them feel more at ease and not to concentrate enough.
They are more inclined to make mistakes and they seem to be more willing to lose a hand to a friendly soul than a bully.
I have to admit that I sometimes flame a bit when I succeed in a "tricky" move and bust their stack. It's just so fun I can't resist it.
