Definitely make a smallish 1/2 pot or so river bet. Your bet will almost never get called by anything but the nuts given it's a protected pot (you still have to beat the all in player to win anything yet).

i think smaller bets are more +ev than big bets here, but pushing isn't bad

The chances of him having a Qc here are almost none.

Flop: check. Shortie will push anything, button is sandwiched and you'll have more info. Your bet is pointless; it's not a bluff, it's not for value and you don't really have to protect the pot.
River: He's unlikely to have a small club here and it's a protected pot so make a small bet.
