Mucked Hands

Hi,
I have a question. Is there some software out there that can tell another player the hand that you called them down with even if you muck your hand? I was just playing in a ring game and had pocket sixes. The board came K4K. The turn was a 2 and the river a 7. No flush draws. I bet a small amount on the flop to see where I stood. He smooth called. We both checked the turn. I checked the river and he bet a small bet. The pot was large enough to call. He showed KK. I mucked my hand and told him nice hand. He said "Thanks, but it was ashame that that 7 wasn't a 6". I am guessing that this guy did not have ESP :) Anyone have any idea? Thanks.

If you muck your hand after calling on the river then your hand shows up in the hand history even though you didnt show it.
